IKIRÉ JONES’ DANDY SAPEURS S/S 14" The Untold Renaissance" COLLECTION

Menswear brand Ikiré Jones unveils their latest collection Spring/Summer called THE UNTOLD RENAISSANCE . Inspired by his Nigerian roots, designer Walé Oyéjidé‘s garments perfectly blend different signatures and techniques. As the label states, ”all of the pieces in the collection rely on West African aesthetics while remaining rooted in Italian tailoring and traditional English textiles” — Oyéjidé definitely knows how to mix and enhance all the different cultures he’s immersed in. For this Spring/Summer 14 collection, he draws inspiration from both African culture and European art from the Medieval era.
